The most effective way to strength train is with a barbell. This is because barbell exercises train more muscles, with more weight, over the longest effective range of motion. They provide the biggest bang for your buck.

My coaching style is based on simplicity and individualizing the program to you. I use the 4 fundamental barbell lifts: the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Press to build the strongest and healthiest version of you. I start by focusing on technique and then progressing the weight up strategically based on how you respond to the training. Your program will be unique to you.

I communicate with my clients on a daily basis providing support and feedback to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.
